Enrollment and Registration

Right to Refuse: Nite Pak may refuse enrollment at its discretion.
Fees and Payment
Course Fees: All fees are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Payment Methods: Accepted methods include bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile banking.
Refund Policy:
100% refund if canceled 7 days before course commencement
50% refund if canceled within 7 days of commencement
No refund after course commencement
Installments: Flexible payment plans available for select programs.
Academic Policies
Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance required for diploma programs.
Assessment: Students must pass all examinations and assignments.
Code of Conduct: Professional behavior expected at all times.
Plagiarism: Strictly prohibited; may result in expulsion.
Certification: Diplomas awarded only upon successful completion of all requirements.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All course materials, content, and methodologies are proprietary to Nite Pak.
License: Students receive limited license to use materials for personal educational purposes only.

Student Responsibilities

Limitations of Liability
Employment: While we provide placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment.
Technical Issues: Not liable for interruptions due to technical problems beyond our control.

Termination
